While using Our Service, We do not explicitly ask you to enter any personal information, although to be able to create Your personal account in our system we connect with Third-Party Social Media Services and they provide some personal identifiable information to us. The info we use is the following: 

    • Email address.
    • First name and last name.

    • Profile Picture.
    • Usage Data.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.  

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

    • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

    • For business transfers: in case Explore App is sold or transferred to another company, our database with all the data in it will be include it.

    • For business and performance analysis: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

Is important to highlight that the most important data we collect and is saved in our servers is the email that is provided to us by the Third-Party Social Media Services, that acts as your main identification in our system. Other info like name, last name or profile photo is accessed at the moment we connect with the Third-Party Service, but is not persisted in the database and the only purpose is for each user to see that they have a valid account in our application. 

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Request Your Business Removal from the Application

 

Any tourist establishment that is part of the Application may request to be removed from it at any time. For this, you can contact us by email (info.explorecr@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+506 89478868) and we will start the process to remove the establishment of the application. You will find links to our email and WhatsApp in our app, specifically in the section "Contact us"

 

If the tourist establishment later wishes to join the application, it can do so by following the steps described in "Register your business in the application".

Request Removal of Promotion/Offer from the Application

 

Any tourist establishment that is part of the Application and has a promotion or offer published with us, may request the removal of the promotion or offer at any time. For this, you can contact us by email (info.explorecr@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+506 89478868) and we will start the process to remove the promotion or offer from the application. You will find links to our email and WhatsApp in our app, specifically in the section "Contact us".

Request User Removal from the Application

 

Any regular user that is part of the Application and had logged in can request to be removed from the platform at any time. For this, you can contact us via email (info.explorecr@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+506 89478868). You will find links to our email and WhatsApp in our app, specifically in the section "Contact us". Once you contact us and inform about your desire to delete all your data, we will start the process to remove it and let you know when it's done.

 

Is important to mention that he data we save in our database from users is minimal, mainly login basic data (in case you decide to log in the system) and your favorite destinations data. 

 

You can re-join our platform by installing our app again.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
